The answer is self explanatory, it produces due to our thinking., remember whatever good and bad things happen in our life, we are responsible for it. It’s like outer orbits getting unbalance due to no covalent bond forming, once it have bonding it close it’s orbits and well set, like that our life is filled or covered by good and bad forms, and accordingly that we get upset.
