Meditation (Exercise)
As shown in the figure, inhale for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, .. .. .. up to 15 and hold for 8 to 10 seconds and release. In this, inhale by counting the breath as per the number, slowly the breath starts coming up, it reaches the head, there hold it in the Kumbhaka method for 8 to 10 seconds and release it. After exhaling, you will feel heaviness in the head, bring this heaviness down and stabilize it by taking it to the Muladhara Chakra. Keep rotating the Muladhara Chakra with your mind. Take a short gap and repeat the same exercise.
In this way, we can focus the mind on the Muladhara Chakra by performing Kumbhaka Kriya.
Conclusion
The advantage of this is that our mind can be controlled, it does not run elsewhere, due to this exercise, the mind is restrained and other thoughts do not enter the mind.
