How to make move for Knee pain- a meditation exercise. We have seen that doing the previous exercise gives us relief from back pain. Similarly, we can do this exercise while sitting on a chair. This relaxes the veins and nerves of the legs and reduces knee pain. But this does not happen with a single effort, for this you will have to do these exercises every day. We can do this exercise sitting as usual as shown in the picture, after doing one exercise, straighten your legs from the sitting position and sit comfortably.
Sit comfortably in a chair as shown in the picture, pay attention to your breathing while inhaling and exhaling. When you feel relaxed, start breathing in 1, 2, 3, as shown in the picture, hold your breath for 15 seconds, and release it immediately after 10 seconds or less. You will feel a little heaviness, just bring that heaviness down and relax. But those who are 70 years old and above will not like this heaviness, so if possible, do this experiment sitting on the floor. Sitting down allows you to straighten your legs and relax your veins easily. (Elderly people and those with respiratory problems should not do these exercises).

1. Sit in the Padmasana position as shown in the figure, if the elderly cannot do it, sit in a chair with arm support.
2. Begin breathing normally, counting to 1, 2, 3, . . . . . Hold for 10 seconds or less, and release immediately. You will feel a slight heaviness.
3. Slowly relax and straighten your legs (for those sitting on the floor).
4. Breathe normally, focusing on your breath. Continue breathing normally for a while.
5. Again, as before, 1, 2, 3, . . . . . . Start breathing and do pranayama.
6. Again, straighten your folded legs, leaving them loose, the result of this is that the veins become free and blood flows to the feet, contraction and expansion occur in the veins of the legs and in turn, the painful veins or veins become loose.
7.Doing this exercise for some time a day will relieve the knees, and the pain will reduce to a large extent.
