How to Grow-Hair on your Head?

Understanding the Root Causes of Hair Fall

Hair fall has become a widespread concern, affecting people across age groups. The reasons are often multifaceted ranging from our fast-changing lifestyles to environmental challenges. Today’s modern diet, frequently lacking essential nutrients like iron, protein, zinc, and biotin, fails to nourish hair follicles. This nutritional void weakens roots and leads to excessive shedding.

The quality of water we use daily plays a crucial role. Hard water or contaminated sources can strip hair of natural oils and make the scalp prone to infection, damaging hair growth cycles. Additionally, the overuse of chemical-laden shampoos, conditioners, and styling products deteriorates scalp health and inflames hair roots, accelerating loss.

A proactive approach starts with restoring balance. Prioritizing a wholesome diet rich in leafy greens, fruits, nuts, and seeds revives hair health from within. Switching to herbal or sulfate-free hair care products also helps. And perhaps most importantly, recognizing that hair fall isn’t merely cosmetic—it reflects inner wellness.

A healthy scalp mirrors a healthy body. Tending to your roots—literally and figuratively—goes a long way in restoring confidence and preserving your crown.

Proper hair growth will not occur without external care and internal balance. Some lifestyle changes can have a dramatic impact on hair health.

Now let's do a simple and affordable solution.

Bitter Gourd (Karela):

Bitter gourd: We use bitter gourd in our food to make vegetables. Although bitter gourd is bitter, its effects are very beneficial. Bitter gourd vegetable controls sugar in the body, and it is also beneficial for hair growth. Bitter gourd juice flushes out impurities from the blood. There are many such benefits of bitter gourd.

Now let's see the recipe:

Bitter Gourd (Karela): One medium sized
Baking soda: Half a teaspoon, if you don't have soda, you can also use Eno-powder.
Lemon: 6 to 7 drops

Bitter Gourd: One medium-sized gourd is enough. It will yield just 4/5 teaspoon of juice. Drinking too much juice will cause vomiting and release acidity, so 4 to 5 teaspoons of juice is appropriate.

You need to grate these Bitter Gourd (karelas), or cut them into pieces and grind them in a mixer to a medium fineness. They should not be too fine. Grind them in a way that makes it easy to extract the juice. Now extract the juice by hand in a bowl.

We can use the remaining quarter in vegetables. The above quantity is for one person. Add a little baking Soda to the extracted juice, approximately a quarter of a teaspoon of soda should be used. Add 6 to 7 drops of Lemon juice to it. Stir this mixture.

Then take this mixture in a bowl (if it is thick, add a little water), consume it in the morning without eating anything, drink a glass of water with it. You may feel a little nauseous. Drink plenty of water. Do not eat anything for an hour

This mixture gets absorbed into our body within an hour, as a result, it gets absorbed into the blood and reaches the roots of our hair.
